Finally! A fantastic Spider-Man film! In the past, spider-man films were made by Sony. While not all of those films are bad, they just didn't feel like the best spider-man. Tom Holland smashes the role and this film picks up right after Captain America: Civil War. This film had great and funny characters, some we already knew like Flash (high school bully) and Aunt May, but the creators made them different in a way that just works really well. Also the high school that Peter Parker goes to actually does feel like a real high school. The high school had stuff all the way from bullying, teachers that don't care about much, wacky students, and the student news group. I also love how Peter was just trying to become the next Avenger and Happy Hogan and Tony Stark didn't really take him seriously. Tony doesn't feel "shoe-horned" into this story (like the Falcon in Antman). Tony actually had a pretty big role in the story. The intimidating villain (Michael Keaton) is really great and this movie had an unexpected twist as well.

Wow this movie was a surprise! Guardians of the Galaxy featured characters I didn't know too well, but after watching it I wanted a T-shirt with all of them on it. This comedy/space action film is almost the perfect summer blockbuster. If it had a better villain then this movie would be flawless. Loved the guardians and other characters in the film. Gamora seemed like a more interesting character compared to the rest of the guardians which is why I think she would've made a great main character. Don't get me wrong, all the other character (Peter Quill, Rocket, Groot, and Drax) are all super entertaining and interesting. And for a movie that took place in space, it rivals the great space movies like Star Wars or Star Trek or even Serenity (firefly). If someone you know has never seen an MCU film, and you needed a to show them how awesome and weird these films are, show them this fantastic film.

This is one of my favorite movies. This film is engaging and intense and yet it is only filmed primarily in one room. Tension rises when 12 men are in a jury vote on whether the defendant should receive the death penalty. This movie really challenges the viewer to ask "how much do I value human life?" Each of the characters have different attitudes and motivations. I guarantee that any viewer can see themselves in one or more characters. This movie not only brings up topics like the value of human life, but also topics like: generalizing, decision making, standing your ground, forgiveness, letting go of the past, truth seeking, and so many others. And this movie isn't even that long! Camera angles and the acting are what really make this movie engaging. Great movie!

This is the movie Captain America needed. This is the 3rd movie with Captain America (including the Avengers) and he wasn't really standing out, especially when compared to Iron Man. His character was inspiring but also different. He's a protagonist that doesn't have a major learning curve (opposite of Tony Stark) which is fine IF it's done right. And this movie does it right. It puts Steve Rogers in situations where orders and morals are against what he believes to be right which makes it interesting. Black Widow is also great in this film along with Falcon and Nick Fury. The action in this film is one of the best actions scenes in all of Marvel (if not most action films). This movie is a spy/action film. The twist isn't really surprising if you know who the Winter Soldier is. This is the movie that made Captain America cool instead of some strong dork in a goofy costume.

Captain America: The First Avenger did a great job at telling the audience who Steve Rogers is. I really got a good sense of his character and motivation, and it's inspiring. The CGI for "little" Steve Rogers looks really good and still holds up today. The music is also great because Alan Silvestri is awesome. Other than that, it's not really a movie I want to watch over and over again. It's definitely important to watch in order to understand the rest of his story in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (such as his relationship with Bucky), but that's pretty much it. The action isn't that great, the plane crash scene didn't make sense, and there's nothing really unique about this film.

Iron Man 3 is not as bad as comicbook fans think it is. It's certainly not a fantastic film or a film I would watch over and over again. I actually liked the twist in it. Lots of people didn't like it but I was truly surprised and was happy that the creators were doing something different. This is definitely a Iron Man film worth watching and it shows that Tony Stark is the star. This movie did an amazing job on how dangerous Tony Stark can be even without the suit. This is a movie you can watch without having to "catch up" to understand what's going on which is nice for the average movie-goer. This is a good action/fun movie.

Ant-Man was a great introduction to Paul Rudd as Scott Lang. Paul Rudd is easily the best part of this film and makes it highly entertaining. For an origin superhero movie it's good. Another good thing about it is that it's a heist film, which is something you wouldn't expect from a superhero film. All the other characters are pretty great as well. The villain could've been better, there's just nothing really special about him. The film felt mediocre when the movie doesn't focus on Scott, his daughter, or his friend Luis. Ant-man is a pretty alright heist/action/comedy movie.

Marvel's Avengers is definitely the movie that kept the MCU alive! I think if this movie wasn't a huge success, then the MCU would be dead today. The cast has great chemistry, the action is great, and Loki as the villain was fantastic. Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Hulk, Black Widow, and Nick Fury were all great and well casted. The only negatives are that Hawkeye was mind controlled most of the film and Captain America's suit doesn't look great. This is the perfect summer blockbuster and it's a comedy/action film that really sticks the landing.

This show is awesome! Now let me get this out of the way first, some episodes are worth skipping. For a show to be this good, not all the episodes are great. Most of season 1 isn't that great, and even the last season has an story arch that you can probably skip. The great parts of this show though overshadow the bad parts easily. This show made the prequels relevant. Not a lot of people enjoy the prequel trilogy (I-III), especially when it first came out. There are characters that are wasted in the prequels that are made way better in the clone wars tv show. Anakin Skywalker is way better in this animated series and it really makes us understand his struggle. Along with him, other characters such as Obi-wan and Padme are made more interesting as well. New characters like Ahsoka, Asajj Ventress, Captain Rex, and many others are welcome additions. There are returning characters as well like Boba Fett. Maul also returns in this show and his stories in this show are amazing! His confrontations with Obi-wan, Palpatine, and Ahoska are very well done. This show does have dark themes as well as just a little kid elements to it. This show goes over war, slavery, morals, and many other principles that make this show interesting. The clone wars also flushes out the clones themselves and we actually get to know some very well and cheer for them. The animation gets better every season. It's action packed, has complicated characters, and is very entertaining. This show is better than most of the movies in my opinion and is just as good as the Mandalorian tv show. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys star wars!

This is the most satisfying movie franchise conclusion I've ever seen. More than 20 movies have been leading up to this moment. Since Thanos wiped out half the universe, this movie focuses on the six Avengers from the first film. They also have Ant-Man, War Machine, Nebula, and Rocket to help accomplish their mission. This movie delivers with great action, emotional moments, and moments that will have you cheer the first time seeing it. *spoilers after this point* The time travel in this film was different but still had a lot of fun with it. Iron Man and Captain America had great conclusions to their characters which I was really happy with. Black Widow's death will always be remembered. Thor being fat got a little old, but I appreciate actors and creators doing something different and I don't think it ruined Thor's character at all. I appreciate Hulk having a good mental conclusion; because in the first Avengers he talked about trying to kill himself in the past, and now he is a piece with himself which is great to see. Nebula surprisingly had a good arc as well. The stages of grief are very present in almost every character which I appreciate because that's what I think would happen if half your friends die. The portal scene was absolutely magical and will be known as one of the most iconic scenes ever. Also loved Wanda being super close to taking down Thanos because he killed Vision, but I knew ultimately it would have to be the big three that fight him last (Iron Man, Capt America, Thor).
