Watched the Hockey Night in Canada in Cree last night for the Oilers vs. Jets game. Didn’t understand a word but understood everything in spirit. The enthusiasm of the Cree announcers was infectious. Really loved the lessons in the Cree language. Felt really Canadian to have the hockey experience in another culture - hockey is what unites us! Hoping to have more of this uniquely Canadian perspective.
