Maniratnam should get back to basics. He seems to have lost focus on fundamentals and more leaning towards technical aspects. However brilliant your visuals could be, if your script/screen play and characterisation is poor, you can’t save a film. One of the biggest disappointments in recent times. ARR’s magic seems to be waning with every movie. He hasn’t been able to add any value with the musical scores or BGM. BGM was never his strength anyways. Overall, skip is possible.

Fitting tribute to the great warriors of Kargil War, especially the 'Sher' Vikram Batra. Brilliantly made.
