I just finished it and it took me a while because I play and review a ton of games, but I sat with this one for a long time I knew from the start it was something special, the opening scenes had such weight to them. The combat is interesting, it can be as easy or challenging as you make it, with the parry mechanic if you are good at it the game is incredibly easy, if you are bad at it you are really going to struggle, I found myself in the moderately good at it place, some of the timing was a little harder to get down than others. I really enjoyed learning to to fight as every single character, some more than others though. From the opening scene to the last moments of the game itโs a stylish and wonderful game to experience. It canโt be stated enough how wonderful of a job Sandfall did. They were able to transport me back to the days when JRPGs were exciting and the magic was there. If you are on the fence about getting it, just do it, you wonโt be upset. Unless you are terrible at parrying.
