Am actually finding a lot of reports are terribly done. Just an example, I just heard the report of a plane crashing into houses in the US and stated it could've been much worse as it could have landed at a high school nearby. Are the lives of the few (plane passengers and a UPS driver) taken by this accident not bad enough. Absolutely disgusting reporting Catherine Firkin. All lives are valuable 😠 Also I think it's highly unprofessional for all the team members to be calling Narelda Jacobs NJ. It's not her name and you're not in a pub. This really needs to be changed as you're losing a lot of viewers. Going to being broadcast in the Eastern states hasn't done you any favours
