I stumbled across this show recently while logging into Instagram, which stopped my scroll and had me starting my subscription. I've watched many shows online that zoomed in on black lesbian living, but this is refreshing, affirming, and a reminder of just how well an LGBT show could be done. I'm sure I'll be done in the next day or two, just due to how much I love the damn show. I love how authentic Hattie is. I love how she ends up dating Adina. In the black lesbian community, there is a lot of controversy about two masc presenting women dating, and it was cool to see that in such a big production. The gems dropped in different conversations. The acting isn't lacking. The show is hilarious. Hattie stands her ground and can be a mess sometimes but she don't mess around when it comes to being who she is, and eventually doing better. I am inspired, intrigued, and in love. Thanks, Lena
