Sadly, I have to agree with the majority here. Love most of his other works but this one left me frustrated. Each chapter was an interesting story told only as Gladwell can but the theme escapes me. I was hoping the final chapter would tie everything together but it left me more confused. When I couldn't explain what the book was about to a group of friends, I knew this one missed the mark.
