Absolutely terrible movie. the pacing was off, the movie quickly lost it's intention as it progressed, not to be nitpicking but the CGI, VFX, and especially acting is terrible. for example, spoilers ahead, in one of the scenes a man was seemingly shot and was slanted against a wall. When Niska attended to the man and asked if he was ok, he said and I quote "I'm fine", got up and walked it off as if it were nothing. I believe the story this movie was trying to convey is meaningful and important, but the way they projected the story is dull and mundane, especially to younger audiences and those who have no context on past Indigenous rights abuse may not understand at all.
