The birth order concepts are great and insightful, but couched in such American language and culture it is grating for anyone outside of the USA! Not everyone has a context for what ‘Little League’ or ‘upper New York State’, or college town football, or an ‘Ivy League University’, or any number of concepts means.
Also quite stuck in the gender binary.
