It is a good tv show if you know things that are for older people. It is definitely not for children under 11. I would say it is a 12+ show. There are some things that people who are depressed or have A LOT to deal with, someone who might hurt themselves or do something bad, so for people who feel that way I think they should not watch Ginny and Georgia.
