Subspace Rhapsody has ruined Star Trek for me. It is a mockery of the franchise that I have loved for so long. What kind of Star Trek fan would enjoy a musical spin-off? It has nothing to do with the themes, characters, or stories that made Star Trek great. Every episode is more and more disconnected from the original vision of Star Trek. It is a cheap attempt to cash in on the popularity of musicals, without any regard for the quality or consistency of the Star Trek universe. You can’t please everyone, but you should at least respect your loyal fans. They are the ones who have supported Star Trek through thick and thin, and they deserve better than this. Subspace Rhapsody is an insult to Star Trek and its fans.
