No back story as to why they are suddenly living with her parents considering Mandy can't stand her mother and after George died Georgie promised he would take care of the family. Plus, as others has commented the writing and acting is weak and the laugh track is extremely annoying. If the rest of the series continues like the first episode it won't make it to a second season.

Had we known the complete plot of this movie we would not have gone. We watched the trailer and it seemed like a regular suspence movie...we were wrong. There is a warning before the movie starts but the warning should honestly be apart of the trailer. If you have had traumatic experience and been abuse please don't go!

I had to give it a 1 because I can't give it a zero. By page 15 I had figured out the whole plot and I was right. If you read a lot of mysteries and psychological thrillers don't bother with this book because it's neither.

IT WAS BAD (actually it was worse then bad)!!!! It was in my opinion way worse then the last Thor; it was super confusing and I have absolutely no clue what was going on in that movie, plus right in the middle of the movie they had a scene that had Capt. Marvel just looking straight up stupid and I sat there thinking, "what the hell is this and why did they put it in the movie" it was part action, part musical and part comedy and the CGI was really awful😖 the theater was empty, there were only 5 of us there. If you can wait to watch it on Disney+ (it will be streaming soon) just wait. I am officially turning in my Marvel Geek badge🥺

The plot is unbelievable and none of the major characters are likeable. The pacing is slow and the ending is an easy out and the worst part of the book.

As I read the 4 and 5 star reviews I wonder what book I had just lost my day reading. It started off good, then slowed down in the middle then got just down right boring. One of the major problems with this book is that it has too many coincidences that didn't make any sense. I quit caring about the characters because Claire wasn't bright but just lucky and Eva was bright but apparently not very lucky. I actually skipped through over half the book just to get to the end and then hated the ending. The writer could have done so much more with this story to actually make it a thriller.

This was the first book I read by the author. I liked the title and the premise. I got bored after the first 2 chapters and went straight to the end. There are way too many characters to keep up with and after awhile I simply stopped caring. I'm glad that I skipped to the end because the big reveal of what happened just left me saying "what the hell". Unless you are a die hard fan of this writer just pass this book by and find another one to read.
