Wow. Even tho the book focuses on Snow the other surrounding characters become a huge focus too. The prequel to the hunger games and I absolutely loved it. It filled in little gaps I didn’t even realize I wondered about. Despite the immediate negative responses about it focusing on the original villain Snow I dove right in and this book exceeded my expectations. Loved the characters, loved the story and was completely captivated beginning to end.
