Disney... Need I say more? England 1705, I doubt very much it was anything like this offering. I enjoyed it but it represents nothing remotely British historically, it's just entertaining fodder well acted. Ofcourse there are the Disney political messages for the kids but that's only to be expected from the Disney brand.

Awful, wooden acting. It literally hurts to stay with this film to the end.

Trying far to hard to be another Game of Thrones hit. I found the editing far to scatty, knocking my focus off the characters and making it difficult to form a connection. Some of the acting also a bit wooden and forced with some of sub characters trying desperately to catch the eye of the camera. I can only hope that it improves but so far it looks like an episode of the old BBC fantasy drama "Merlin" which to be honest I'd prefer.

This version is of Hellboy for me was like biting into a doughnut and finding the jam missing! Editing felt as if large chunks had been left on the floor leaving the overall story fragmented, as a standalone film it just doesn't wash. Harbour did ok however the part of Hellboy was so deep rooted with Ron Pearlman it's painful to let go and I found myself yearning for more lighthearted dark humour that Pearlman delivered so well.

Very dark, funny and very well written. The pacing of Pennyworth is spot on and the acting excellent... 'Hammy' only where it needs to be. A word of warning though, this is NOT for young children that may be Batman fans!

From La Cucaracha and right up to Tacos, DC managed to shove every stereotypical persona of a Mexican into this movie....Really bad and ultra offensive. It all came across like a cross between 'Spy Kids' and 'Iron man' however a weaker sweeter insipide version. The movie feels more Disney than DC, sweet and sickening at the same time like to much pudding. Seriously, his Dad dies and within the hour he's laughing, kissing without a mention of his loss and his entire family seem to couldn't care less either! Honestly just wait for home release and watch it after a stiff drink!

Well Disney have certainly poured their syrupy goodness all over this! Predictable and boring, this relies on special effects because the main characters are completely unlikable and I couldn't give a toot if they were blown out of the galactic universe! It's like a bad episode of a SciFi Charlie's Angels only badly written!

As soon as the political, diversity and gender preaching started I hit the off button. Producers just can't seem to give priority to a good storyline with decent acting anymore.
