Yes agree with other post about the nurse who was tackled. He obviously didn’t understand English that well. And tried to explain that he was just trying to find a place to pull over. And the cop kept saying he didn’t pull over because he didn’t want to get a ticket. That’s not what the guy was saying, cop was putting words in his mouth and the guy didn’t understand him. Yes, learn English if your gonna live here! But that cop is always a ass whoever they show him
