Idk what ppl complain about it being too story driven but I absolutely love the game best digimon game ever made tbh. Yes the talking can be abit much but it's the first game in the series that actually feels like a digimon game should. Cyber sleuth was all Human interaction..digimon didn't talk or add anything was just a human player just collecting voiceless digimon. In survive digimon actually have voices and add into the story as they should! Feel like a anime where my choices matter as much as my digimon. They nailed it hands down. Yes I wish there was more battles..but hey those who need a story break that's what free battles are for so u can get your battle fix n lvl up and then when your filled on battling get back to the story. If the story was uninteresting n no battles for long periods I'd definitely agree with ppl on it not living up to the hype but for me the story is strong n keeps me guessing as to what's gonna happen next and what cool digimon is gonna grace my screen enemy or friend. Def digimon masterpiece imo..but to each there own n it def isn't for everyone.
