Lady Sapphire

Oh no, we would have to watch till Episode 8 to find out who stole the necklace. Such a pity to waste so much time and effort with a wonderful lead actor. Some of the other characters are cringeworthy - not their fault, of course, just a silly script and premise. I can’t continue to watch…..so sad, wasting our Netflix!

Thought I would give this a go! Honestly, stealing diamonds by swallowing them when she could have just put them in her bag! The diamonds certainly survived but they could have been quite cutting on the digestive tract! I gave up after the first episode. All the men are sleazy crooks and Joan herself is quite an unlikeable character.
