We've read other books by this author and my son enjoyed them. We've been reading linked for a while now and are committed to making it to the end, but the book is incredibly boring. Keep waiting for something interesting to happen and rarely if at all. The author is trying too hard to send messages and forgets about an entertaining story. The ending is very predictable. If you like books by Korman try reading The Fort.
