I loved the Harry Potter series. Maybe my expectations were too high for Fantastic Beasts. I generally liked the first one. Couldn't follow the second one and think Johnny Depp is way overrated. This last one was the best, and was enjoyable enough to watch, as long as you didn't think too hard about the plot and also didn't compare it to any of the Harry Potter movies.
