We started watching this series until in the first episode they showed a german fighter plane lining up to machine-gun a group of children in a field - that was enough, we switched off. We thought it extremely unlikely that a german pilot - or any pilot - would commit such an atrocity. Reasons: 1. Pointless atrocity 2. No military advantage 3.
