This story was incredibly intriguing because it shows the ugly truthful nature of regular people. Parents who adopted a special needs child probably had intentions of being whole hearted, good, decent parents however turned neglectful and deviously wanted to back out of their responsibilities to be decent humans. Not only the parents but everyone who was in contact with this family. Doctors, health care givers, neighbors, civil services, everyone turned their back on the many issues with this girl. She was strangely awkward, weird and avoided by all except for The Mans family. They were the first to step in where she desperately needed some kind of hero and they came through. All others turned their back and avoided getting involved because on the whole this scenario was not at all attractive and definitely not a wanted problem. Micheal is an over the top liar making excuses for being victimized when he is essentially spineless. Everyone is unlikeable and fake. Everyone. A trainwreck but a good watch leaving you shaking your head.

What a talent! I am mesmerized every time I see his brilliance at work.
