I absolutely love the show and all the people on it have got to be commended for even attempting a 14, 21, 40 or 60 day challenge. I don't like watching people suffer though, I live for the ones who overcome unbelievable obstacles to make it all the way. I have learned so much from this show. I look at protein completely differently and how I use it. I swear, if the world turned upside down, from what I've learned, I may be able to survive thanks to this show. However, the Real Fans of N&A and XL fan site on Facebook is another thing. Fans are not able to review past shows and report the negative along with the positive. I have been locked down by Seth Reece who only wants to see Godly praise from fans yet he quit the challenges two times he was on the show. I won't go into detail but he delivered volatile, lazy, mean-spirited behavior on the shows and one team member left him and another banned him. I understand you don't want the "trolls" on the site but real fans are not able to speak freely about what they got out of a show unless it's all sunshine and flowers. Seth is a freaking Moderator now of the site and I've had to leave it. Maybe someone can create a real real fan site in which true lovers of the show are allowed to critique. I've had my say. The show is great. Many strong men and women who leave the comfort of their homes and families to participate and make it! No where else can you see humanity in this way.
