Naomi Scott as Jasmine and her song, 'Speechless' was the only thing captivating. She did a great job. Development of the old story with female empowerment as the crux was good. Movie could have been better. Casting directors did not do a good job with Aladdin and Jaffar. Will Smith tried to pull it off, he did an okay job, but nobody beats Robin Williams. The most anticipated song `A Whole New World' was disappointing. It's just a one time watch, and at the end of it, you make up of the 100 reasons why the original animated version was better.
