I’ve played the game a little longer, the first time I played it I was very very disappointed and rated it a 1 star, but after playing longer I’ll admit I was wrong and will now give it a solid 3 star.
The story isn’t half bad, I was worried with how linear it was at the start but I will say say that it opens up the more you play.
Honestly the feel of he game wasn’t really dragon age for me but it’s becoming more dragon age as I played it. It just was a very slow build up to the game .
I’m still struggling to get used to the art style as I preferred The art style of Dragon Age Inquisition And origins. Although the art style of Vailguard, is good, it’s just not what I was expecting.
The characters just seem a little more cartoonish than what I expected, in a more gritty type of Fantasy lore game.
The story felt a little rushed at the beginning and I had a hard time buying into it. What’s the more I played the game the more invested I became. Also, this was the first Dragon age game where I really struggle to keep playing initially, I had to keep telling myself that I wanted to see where the story ended, which is for encourage me to keep playing.
I’ll be honest and saying I haven’t finished a game yet but the game is growing on me the more I play and I would encourage others to give the game a try as they may enjoy some aspects I may have struggled with.
The game does become more enjoyable the more you play, but because of how much I really struggled with playing the Game at the first half, I’m unable to give it a higher score.
