I love this show but in my opinion, Amy comes across as very jealous and resentful of Matt and his relationship with Karen. I believe Matt and Karen are doing their best to be friendly and accommodating. Amy should be happy that her ex and future husband, who she claims to love, are getting along. I know if I were in her situation, I would be thrilled and embrace the relationship. Makes life easier for everyone.
