Typical and a cliche Hollywood movie where the white people save and help a Muslim nation from a dictator. It doesn't tell you that they themselves appointed the dictator and his puppet government, sold him the biological weapons but claims that they helped the nation to reinstate democracy! Boring acting, where the main characters never die, but they shoot and kill everyone else, act humorous at time of death -whatever- the female characters are super courageous and self-confident as in all Hollywood movies, one of them was bleeding to death, yet, she got off the car and shot the evils! The state of "Turgistan" is a typical lame misconception of the west about the Muslim world. The Turgistan state is a combination of Hollywood poor understanding of the east: typical cliche flag, broken Arabic letters scattered around on signs and buildings, the locals of Turgistan is a random mix of Arabs, Turks, Persians, Afghans and Indians. The biggest goof: almost the entire movie was shot in Abu Dhabi, and you can still see the UAE flag in so many scenes in addition to Abu Dhabi's iconic attractions such as Emirates Palace and Grand Mosque of Abu Dhabi, yet the producers want the viewers to believe this was Turgistan and Hong Kong! Overall: it is a waste of time and money, no creativity, all scenes are predictable, fake acting, repeated un-funny jokes, didn't expect Ryan Reynolds to be in such a lame movie!
