There are so many things wrong, where do i start? If there was any storyline and dialogue, it was lost in the mumbling and rantings of the main characters. What we’re they saying?, I didn’t care enough to go back after doing so a few times. We’re we just trying to be shocked? By the bowel movements of an elephant or the vomiting of Margo heroine or the craziness of the death tunnel at the end, it became more absurd than a comment of the times. This was a mess of a movie. Pitt did show some acting pathos as he realizes he’ll never transition to talkies but his outcome was guessed before be even his realization of his fate. Margo must have been told to act as crazy as possible, which she did, but at the end I didn’t care if she got in the car. Direction of this hot mess is to blame. Shock for shock value is nothing more than sensational gratuitous visual imagery. After 3 hrs, I wish I hadn’t seen it !
