The storyline needs to improve, I understand how they are trying to mirror Tariq with Ghost when Ghost was young but they haven't build Tariq enough to command such a strong role. Tariq cannot grow to into a powerful drug lord while also being a mother's boy. The gangsterism in this one is weak and they are not doing enough to build street characters, the gangsterism feels like Child's play! The courtroom play is still good but one would love to see that relationship between law enforcement and the criminal world develop. Ghost and Tommy were forever at war with the law and everyone trying to kill them. The enemies they faced in the street were really powerful and it always felt like David vs. Goliath battles, and they always came out on top due to the relationship they had. This Power Book 2 needs to build a similar relationship/friendship for Tariq.
