This movie was dark, after seeing it I can't help but wonder why they chose a Christmas week release. Halloween would have made more sense, and maybe it wouldn't have tanked. Just the same, I loved it, and recommend it highly, but you've been forewarned....THIS IS DARK MATERIAL.

The lead actress was very good but I found myself fast forwarding through parts. That's never a good thing.
