This film is UNDERRATED. If you have ever competed in a contact sport let alone a hand to hand sport you would know the difficulty of training back to championship levels after hitting rock bottom like George Foreman did. The details the movie provides about his anger mentality, discovery of faith and flaws help us realize pieces of the why behind his decisions making me appreciate his story more . It saddens me that the box office wasn’t high as it could have been but as the saying goes “Jazz is like boxing: the better it is, the less people appreciate it.”
