people will find anything to hate on these days, the Fnaf movie is amazing and if you think otherwise then obviously you're not an actual "OG" , you're a poser.
The people that actually know the lore will understand that it wouldn't be 100% lore accurate, neither are the books. Didn't see people complain about that did you? no.
Also people expected to see gore in the spring lock scene, why don't you stab yourself in the stomach with a knife and realise, oh there's no blood gushing out like a waterfall. That's because the blood has nowhere to go. It's basic science which clearly some people didn't pay attention to the daft twats btw There is gore in the movie, not a lot but there was someone's face all mashed up in one of the scenes, and someone legit got split in half (cough bite of 23)
I see the FNAF movie as a different dimension to the fnaf game, some bits will be different and some the same. Sort of like with Spider-Man into the spider verse and the second movie of that. Same kind of story but with differences, that's what I believe Scott did with this movie.
I don't see how people are disappointed with the FNAF movie, I will go above and beyond to defend this movie with MY LIFE, I cried 3 times during the movie because I couldn't believe I was actually seeing it. People set too high expectations of EVERYTHING and be disappointed when it doesn't meet their unrealistic standards, get a grip, have some normal standards and you'll finally realise the movie was good.
The thing that threw me off a bit was Abby playing with the animatronics, but it all had a meaning, it was a way to lure her into trusting them and to then betray her.
Also, chica is so fucking cute with her little cupcake I CANTTT
