Critics say it is stupid and bloody and gory, and I really disagree with that. If you think about it, it is very original. They also build up a good connection with the characters. There is actually not that much gore compared to other horror movies in it’s time. I mean sure a kid’s head gets popped like a balloon by a steam roller ( but it’s shown for like 1 second and it’s not very noticeable). But look at Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 and you cant tell me that this is worse in blood. And it even has good parts that are smart, like when the cars use their horns to communicate to each other and to communicate to humans through morse code. I think people just like to hate on this movie because they think it’s stupid because of the bad acting and because it has “Too much blood”. But I CANT stress to you enough on how good of an idea this movie is. It’s definitely worth your time.
