This is without a doubt the dumbest sci-fi story ever.
The first 75 percent of this novel seems epic, second to none. Interesting story that intertwines recent Chinese history and sci-fi, but then it unravels so quickly you're not even sure it's the same writer anymore.
It is a disappointment and a waste of time. Wish I knew.
