For about the first 10 minutes I thought this would a heartwarming story. How wrong I was. These sweet pups are nothing more than commodities to those who run the program and are treated exactly like that. These people are no better than the unscrupulous people who run puppy mills. So sad to see how that business actually works. I feel terribly for the dogs. What a downer.
