These guys! 10/10 So I ordered a small hoodie snowboarding jacket in gold I think they call it. Definitely a fair price at £140 it's a good mid range price and it definitely delivers. BUT that's not why I'm leaving this review, I'm leaving this review because on the day of delivery UPS who shock are absolutely appalling, decided to leave my parcel on my front door step on a very windy day and when I got home it was no where to be seen, infact the ring door bell caught my parcel blowing away, so absolutely gutted my brand new jacket was now gone, all I thought to do was message dope and explain what had happened. But when I got up the next day I had 3 emails off dope, the first was a reply saying they have sent out a new replacement jacket on express delivery and are taking up a case with UPS and the other two were confirmation of the order. This is how companies should do customer service. I can't begin to explain how grateful I am for DOPE to do this and I will happily sing there praises to anyone. The jacket is absolutely great, fits like a glove and is perfect for our winter season adventures. Thank you so much DOPE. Top tier service.

Jesus Christ the MESSAGE is strong with this one. Think I'd rather pull my own nails out with a bent rusty pair of plyers than sit though anymore of this sh*ite.
