Two stars is only for the cast. Patricia Arquette did well for a terribly slow, dry script. The movie was so unbelievably dull I fought to stay awake. I cannot recommend this movie to anyone.

Seriously find Something Else to watch! I don't know how this got any good reviews. It's garbage! Truly disturbing horror movie. 60-70% of the movie is Extremely Slow. The rest has horrific gory death scenes. Definitely not for children, or adults who actually prefer a great story over gore. I can't recommend. Spoiler: Troglodyte cannibals are the killers and not worth watching for a minute!

I would give it zero stars if I could. Don't waste your time.

Horrible waste of time. Artistic movie based on a book. More like a documentary of a really boring life. Maybe there is a hidden message for stressed out moms?
