would’ve been an interesting story and concept if it wasn’t for the fact it’s based on a real girl that was a victim of colonization. i only put three stars cause of the amazing animation, beautiful work the actors gave, the music, and the little critter friends (that raccoon is so cute lol). i hope in the future disney will consider doing another disney princess that’s native american but in a more tasteful way.

movie was cute and had an interesting story line with an amazing stacked cast but i felt it was too rushed and didn’t allow enough chemistry between the characters to grow. i also felt the age difference between the men and women was too big, it was like watching old men score young hot dates. definitely would’ve preferred if they chose younger male actors rather than actors approaching 60.
