Having been a child living in Guadalajara this book took me back to my greatest memories of growing up in Mexico! He depicts the Baja so vividly and reminds me of our family time in the village of Ajijic where we lived first !
Mr Gomez brings such subtle humor to the story but exemplifies the true Mexican heritage!
