The message behind the movie is an important one, but the delivery was awful. The white vs black narrative was so overdone. There was zero romantic chemistry between the couple and no comedic chemistry between Eddie Murphy and Jonah hill. The jokes weren’t funny. The stigmatized jokes were awful. Just a poorly done film
