Zun Ni

One of the best kdramas I have watched so far. I am definitely gonna rewatch them in few weeks. Each cast member delivered flawless performance. The king did a great job of playing both a smart persona in private and a foolish character in public. I’m amazed how good of an actress Shin Hye-sun is. She pulled off her role so well. The switch at the end to a elegant, feminine, well-mannered queen made me in love with her acting skill. I hated the ending. The real Kim So Yong didn't contribute to anything and decided to end her life before even she became the queen. It was unfair for Jang Bong hwan to receive his soul to his body back when everything was about to set right. The ending would have been better if Jang Bong hwan remained in her body. The voices in his thoughts and the emotions he experienced were anyway changed to that of feminine and perhaps included a brief scene of how the real Kim So Yong is doing in the modern world. If not, then atleast he should have been given the choice if he wished to return back or continue living as queen. If the soul were meant to return back then I guess adding those intimate scenes and showing us how Jang Bong hwan fell for the King was not totally unnecessary.
