The campaign? Absolutely astounding!
Now, the bulk of the game--- the Multiplayer aspect of it.
Multiplayer now awards campers and punishes the traditional play style of hunting down your target. Apex Legends doesn't even do it that much, but that's because you HAVE to move in battle royales. There are game mechanics that are meant to be, and then there are those where players expose to make other player's experiences worsen.
As for the Co-op part of it, it is an infinite spawn of enemies in a sandbox, with ridiculously unrealistic standards when it comes to missions.
I've been with Call of Duty ever since COD2, and don't get me wrong, this is one of the best story driven campaign I've ever done in an FPS. But in the long run, I refuse to cosplay as a trash camper and abide to the rules of exploiting mechanics.
I will be turning Modern Warfare in soon and return to games that don't support a guy locking himself in with a claymore, looking at the only entry with a one-shot-kill shotgun.
