People for some reason keep saying this isn't good, but it is. Sure sometimes the writing seems a bit stiff (especially in the first episode), but the CGI, the rest of the script and even actors (except Aang, I didn't like how young he looked) were all really good. I mean, the CGI, all the sets, ships and CGI characters were incredible, including the bending. I've heard some people mention how the bending sometimes is too slow, but not once have I thought it looked too slow. Even when the adaptation went off script a little, and changed a few events around, it didn't feel like they were going away from the original script, and all felt justified. Overall really good attempt from Netflix this time around, can't wait for S2 to see Toph.
