What a dreary unintelligible piece of garbage. I've tried to watch it 3 times. Skarsgaard's nose gets smaller as the movie goes on. This was a really poor remake of Conan the Barbarian.

It's slow. The music was awful and 90% of the people all whisper their lines. Visually I like the darkness associated with the whole Batman Saga but this was so dark, all the time , it just got more dreary rather than atmospheric. Zoe Kravitz is a very beautiful young woman but couldn't act her way out of a hat. The fact that while it did some numbers at the Box Office it is on HBO Max in 5 weeks after release is what speaks to me.
It did all it's business in the first 15 days and then fell off the table.

Oh look a creepy little girl. A creepy little red headed girl strapped to the Lecter gurney with Carrie like powers. This movie, with a budget that was in excess of 1200 dollars , and an impossibly sappy ending. The lead actor doing a straight impression of Brian Cranston from Godzilla. And the worst for last is The Colonel, the winner of the Morris Ankrum Award was astonishingly bad. Could they have crammed more hashed over garbage in 90 minutes.
