If I could give 0 stars I would. It feels like whoever wrote this just used Gacy for the "fame" around his killings for their own big break movie without actually respecting the facts of the cases and respecting the victims. Using the "based on a true story" as a cop out to lure people in like myself thinking it's a historically correct series of events about the murders but really it's a rip off of the movie Disturbia with Gacy's name attached.
