The show was good but The ending totally ruined it for me!!😭
In the beginning Jablonski felt bad and so guilty and I liked his character and he wanted to call the accident in and then Diangelo got to his head.
Jablonski lied under Oath and told the court after he hit the boy he drove away. He didn’t tell them he called Diangelo- he didn’t tell them about the other officers. He didn’t tell the court Diangelo told him to drive away!!! Bothered me so much!!
Diangelo even told him to tell the court the truth!!! I don’t understand why Jablonski didn’t say “I called Diangelo and wanted to call it in but he told me not to”. WHY didn’t he tell the truth?? Why didn’t he tell the court room “it was an accident and I felt terrible-I wanted to turn myself in…I felt so guilty”
But In the end I didn’t like Jablonskis role either- he didn’t tell the whole truth. He said he wasn’t a coward but then ended up being one in my opinion because he lied under oath. He deserved more than a year and the other police deserved 20 years. He should’ve told the court about Osorio killing Nadine. Osorio deserved life for that.
Also why didn’t they pull up phone records of Jablonski calling Diangelo that morning? They could’ve done that!! There was so much more that could’ve been done!! That would’ve been proof!
And then hiding evidence? The car grill? With Brentons blood on it?? That’s something that all 4 police could’ve done time for- tampering with evidence.
And then the whole Nadine situation bothered me too- How did Osorio get away with that? Why didn’t they extend the trial and open an investigation of a 15 year old witness who went missing 1 day before trial? There should have been another episode on that.
I thought all 4 police were going to go to jail for a long time but it was a huge disappointment in the end.
