Not even sure where to start. I booked a move with All My Sons Moving Company three+ weeks before my move. The person who came out to my home to give me the bid was really respectful and knew what to say to make me feel comfortable about hiring this company. About a week prior to moving I purchased a new couch and dresser for my new house and called the same company to see if they could pick up my new furniture and deliver it to my new house on a different day than my actual move was scheduled for. Of course they said sure that is no problem. They also told me that when they picked the furniture up they would call me so I could meet them at the new place. They did not call me until they were already there. Once I arrived they brought the furniture in one of the workers proceeded to get me to sign several forms. There was no time to even read the forms that were put in front of me. She made it very clear that I could leave them a tip. My payment took at least 10 minutes to process through and in the mean time she told me to go to my car and grab my phone so that I could do a review. She then schooled me in how to complete a review for them. She was asking me to do a review on them as all three people stood there and watched me. How inappropriate. To move one normal sized sectional sofa and a standard sized dresser cost nearly $900.00 for about one and half hours work. Mind you, I thought that my normal move which was scheduled for later this week, Thursday to be exact, was still on their schedule. When I called to cancel the move they said oh we don't have you on our schedule. Good thing I called only to find out that I need to find new movers to help me. This company is clearly not what they say they are, There is an apparent lack of communication within the company structure that is undeniable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional and do not care about customer satisfaction at all.
