If you think a good movie is car chases and international drug smuggling, then don't watch this. If you think a good movie is sly glances, undressing and wisecracks, don't bother. Instead, this is a film which burns into you slowly, makes you feel uncomfortable, lets you into the moment a concerned, truth-seeking whistleblower is cornered and interrogated. Throw away all the Hollywood eye-candy, epic nonsense, and put yourself into her claustrophobic position. This is genuine substance over mannerism. It's a film for grown-ups who can empathise with characters, and in doing so, must face their own ethics. Sheer brilliance.
