I wanted to learn so much about Bob Marley because his music was in my house as a kid. But I really walked away with nothing. The actor's were superb but I couldn't understand much of anything that was said. They should have used subtitles. I really felt empty. I didn't understand why the most important accomplishments Bob Marley did was at the end of the movie for you to read. And where did all of these kids come from? The one thing I will say is I'm glad they made it clear that he was a part of a group. Most people don't do this. They only focus on the leader. I hope that the Marley family remakes this movie after reading the reviews so that the world can understand what a great and wonderful human being there family member was.

The first movie was so powerful. And so touching. This one really took all that away. The characters didn't really have a connection. And the storyline just seemed all over the place. I knew it was a musical but this was over the top. I was really ready to go. But I was with other people.
