This movie has been a favorite of mine forever! In my opinion,Barbra Streisand gives the best performance of a real life person who I did not know ,so to speak. She was flawless in her acting and singing. Much in the same way that I feel Sissy Spacek gave the best performance as Loretta Lynn,someone I do know,so to speak. Funny Girl is the best movie musical to date

I watched all five seasons. Was a fan till the end.

I see the show as relevant and funny with a bright fresh cast.I reccommend giving it a try!

I saw another post where someone wrote..this sort of movie is not my cup of tea but I drank the whole pot. ...AGREE! It's a gem..so simple yet a catalyst for conversation.....a book club choice in the form of a movie..Watch it!
