I read that the producers were not able, because of Covid, to give notes.’ I have a feeling that, had they done so, the movie might have been more coherent and Accessible. I think it will struggle to make money in the USA - although more “sophisticated’ audiences in Europe may get in line to praise its ’ cutting-edge imagery ignoring the intellectual demands it makes on the viewer.
